Stakeholder Engagement Strategy for Immerbunt Netherlands
Immerbunt's problem
This stakeholder engagement strategy for Immerbunt was created to promote the involvement of Dutch small and medium-sized businesses in the creation of corporate green spaces. The ultimate goal is to promote the protection of local ecosystems and community well-being and to achieve this goal, it is essential for ImmerBunt to collaborate with its stakeholders in creating sustainable nature.
The identified target group includes CEOs, managers and founders of companies who wish to improve the social role of their business in the community in which it operates. As demonstrated through a qualitative thematic analysis of interviews, the target is open to innovation. In particular, they expect the innovation represented by corporate green spaces to equally produce a competitive advantage and positive benefits for the health of their employees.
To achieve the goal of promoting stakeholder engagement, I developed the “Blossoming Together” stakeholder engagement campaign. The initiative plans to establish collaboration between local companies and farmers. Through this program, companies with limited corporate space can rent unused land and create recreational areas for their employees and team building events.
The stakeholder engagement strategy
The campaign is divided into three phases: raising awareness of corporate green spaces, building credibility for Immerbunt and engaging the target group.
The messages revolve around the theme of the employee community, which is of primary interest to the target. Furthermore, they combine rational and emotional communication styles to showcase Immerbunt’s service and the social and environmental benefits it brings.
Furthermore, I suggest images that compare ImmerBunt’s flower meadows with Van Gogh’s paintings. This combination aims to strengthen the sense of belonging and enhancing the way in which the creation of green spaces can transform a company’s reputation into a masterpiece.
In conclusion, the strategy aims to increase the creation of corporate green spaces, promoting employee satisfaction. By addressing companies’ concerns, providing information, building trust and showing tangible results, Immerbunt can bring about a significant change in socially responsible behavior among Dutch businesses.
